Santa writing personalized letters for children at his desk.

How It Works

From signup to a year of magic in your child's mailbox.

Five short steps. Twelve months of magic. Real letters in real envelopes, delivered to your child's real mailbox by a real postman.

Tell Santa about your child

The most important step, and the only one that takes more than two minutes. A fifteen-minute intake form, filled once at signup. Your child's name, age, pronouns, pet, best friend, sibling, what they're brave about, what they're afraid of, the family inside jokes. The more Santa knows, the more magic he can pack into every letter.

Each month, a quick update for Santa

At the start of every month, we email you a link to a two-minute form: anything new with your child? Lost a tooth, learned to ride a bike, beat a fear, started a new sport, made a new friend? Whatever you share by the seventh gets woven into that month's letter. We send a gentle reminder on the sixth in case it slipped past. Miss a month and Santa carries on with what he already knows from your intake — your child won't notice.

Letters arrive, all year round

Twelve hand-made envelopes a year. We mail every letter in the second week of the month, so it lands in your child's mailbox by mid-month. Hand-made on cream cotton paper, sealed with the Reindeer Post crest, stamped from the North Pole. Each one carries a new chapter of the ongoing North Pole story, a new trading card to collect, a puzzle, and a coloring page. Now and then Santa up and vanishes with no notice, and nobody at the Pole knows where he's gone. Donner runs things while he's away, and a postcard or two arrives with clues, so your child can try to figure out where in the world Santa is.
