Santa writing personalized letters for children at his desk.

Personalized Santa Letter

Twelve times a year, one envelope at a time, all year long.

Twelve hand-made envelopes a year. Each one carries every piece below. Sealed with the Reindeer Post crest, stamped from the North Pole, delivered to your child's mailbox by the postman.

The Personalized Letter from Santa

Cream cotton paper. Hand-signed in red ink. Mentions your child by name and the things only the North Pole would know about them: their pet, their best friend, the brave thing they did this year, the family inside joke. The most deeply personalized Santa letter on the market.

The Reindeer Gazette

The monthly newsletter of the North Pole. Eight pages, kraft paper. Headlines from the Watchtower. A recipe from Mrs. Claus. Donner and Blitzen's latest argument. The corgis' classifieds (Lost: dignity. Reward: cookies). Petra's status report from the Post. Bylined dispatches from across the cast.

An Ongoing North Pole Story

A serial that lives inside every Gazette: one new chapter per issue. Cliffhangers and all. By December, your child has lived a full year at the Pole — through reindeer flight school, the Watchtower's first frost, the Wrapping Room reopening, the week Santa vanished and Donner took over, and the night before Christmas itself.

A Character Trading Card

One per envelope. Twelve characters, twelve months. Donner the senior reindeer. Blitzen the grumpy veteran. Petra the Postmaster. Crispin the head elf. Mrs. Claus. The Lamplighter. The Cook. By the end of the year, your child has the full set, and a second year brings twelve more.

The Christmas Puzzles Page

A different activity every month, all Christmas-themed and age-appropriate. Crossword one month. Word search the next. Mad libs. Coloring page. Paper art. Mazes. Spot-the-difference. Secret-decoder messages. Connect-the-dots. Plus a drawing prompt on the back. Solutions hidden in the following month's envelope so anticipation builds.

+ Extras when they happen

A Postcard When Santa Travels

Occasionally, the Clauses go AWOL. Those months, Donner, Blitzen, Mrs. Claus, or Petra (the Postmaster) writes the personal letter, and Santa sends an extra postcard from wherever he is. A beach in Greece. A quiet mountain hut. The Wrapping Room at midnight. So sometimes you get more, never less.
